Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress working on TV and in films is most well-known for her roles in films like Rush as well as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Being the sole daughter of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra started her professional career in showbiz as a child. She was a lead actress in TV dramas as young as the age of 16.
